  • Standard (3-4 BR): Starting at $850

  • Estate (5+ BR): Starting at $1,250

  • Large Estates (7+ BR): Bespoke Quote Required

  • Detailing: Hand-wiping of all baseboards, door frames, and light switches.

  • Vertical Surfaces: Removal of dust from blinds, ceiling fans, and high-reach fixtures.

  • Sanitization: Deep scrubbing of all tile grout, backsplash, and appliance exteriors.

  • Air Quality: Vacuuming of all vents and returns.

  • The Gift: Every initial Deep Reset includes a complimentary 16oz bottle of S.C. No. 01 Signature Refresh

Bespoke Care & Critical Support

  • Professional Window Cleaning | $125 Base: Precision, streak-free cleaning for glass, tracks, and sills. (Includes first 10 windows).

  • Laundry Stewardship | $60/Load: Complete wash, dry, and fold service finished with our signature botanical refresh.

  • Culinary & Cabinet Resets | $65 – $125: Deep sanitization of appliance interiors and cabinetry storage.

  • STR Provisioning | $85 + Costs: Professional procurement of household essentials and guest amenities.

  • Priority Off-Hour Turnovers | $75 Surcharge: Guaranteed resets for STR turnovers requested on major holidays or outside our standard 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM guest transition window.

  • Emergency Turnarounds | $150 Surcharge: Priority mobilization for same-day transitions or last-minute departure crises.
