How do I get a quote?

Requesting a quote is seamless. Simply fill out our Quote Form with details about your home, preferred service frequency, and square footage. We will review your profile and provide a personalized investment estimate tailored to your estate’s specific needs.

Are your prices flat-rate or hourly?

We operate on a Transparent Flat-Rate model for most services. Pricing is based on home size, environmental complexity (such as pets), and service type. This ensures our stewards focus on achieving the "Speckless Standard" of excellence rather than just watching the clock. Custom, high-intensity organizational projects may be priced hourly.

Do I need a Deep Reset before starting recurring service?

Yes. To provide our signature maintenance at recurring rates, we must establish a "Speckless Baseline." Our Onboarding Reset (Deep Clean) is required for any residence that has not been professionally serviced within the last 30 days.

How do you handle larger properties and Grand Estates?

Our standard rates are designed for residences up to 3,500 sq. ft.

  • Large Estates (4,000 – 5,499 sq. ft.): These include a Scale Surcharge ($100–$200) to ensure appropriate staffing and detail time.

  • Grand Estates (5,500+ sq. ft.): These properties require a bespoke stewardship plan. Pricing is finalized via a private Home Consultation to account for high-detail surfaces and logistical requirements.

What is your policy for multi-pet households?

We are a pet-friendly firm; however, residences with 3 or more shedding pets include a flat $50 Complexity Adjustment. This covers the specialized dander-removal and high-frequency vacuuming protocols required to maintain a luxury finish.

What is your lockout and cancellation policy?

Our stewards’ time is a committed asset. We require 48 hours’ notice for any scheduling changes. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge. If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival (Lockout), a Full Service Fee (100%) will be applied to cover labor and mobilization costs.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. We arrive with a curated suite of professional-grade tools and high-performing solutions. We utilize HEPA-filtration vacuums and industrial glass-polishing systems to ensure your home is not only clean but healthy and preserved.

Are your stewards trained and insured?

Absolutely. Every Speckless Steward undergoes rigorous training in high-end surface care and estate privacy protocols. For your total peace of mind, our team is fully insured and bonded.

How does payment and invoicing work?

After your service is confirmed, payment is requested via secure digital payment methods such as Zelle, Venmo, or similar platforms. Payment details and timing will be provided prior to your scheduled cleaning.
